Baking Session w/ Fang (:
Fang woke me up at 11 by appearing on my doorsteps(: Lunch at central market together with mummy & bought the ingredients we lacked of. Phoon Huat rocks babe! Hahaha!
(*Phoon Huat : A specialty shop that sells baking equipments as well as ingredients)

Apparently it doesn't look like any other cheesecake you see outside, but that was just the top. & we assumed that it's because of the high heating bar at the top.
Excluding the topping, the inside was baked just nice!
